One of the most unique aspects of our stores and the communities that we serve, is that we love to hire pairs of people. Siblings, friends, roommates, spouses, cousins…you name it, we like it.
We hire pairs to fill roles at all levels, including Store Managers, Department Managers, Supervisors and Front-Line Employees. Communities & Working Conditions:
Our stores, branded Northern and NorthMart are located in rural, semi-remote and remote communities across Canada’s north. Communities vary in population from village to major urban centres.
Keeping a store stocked involves heavy lifting; you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Retail hours apply; this means some days are longer than others –but you have the flexibility to manage your time
